Shuchi  Nagpal

Shuchi Nagpal

Shuchi Nagpal co-founded Asian School of Cyber Laws in 1999. Her passion for cyber security began with her British Standards Institution (BSI) certification as a BS7799 Lead Internal Auditor.

She is currently the Chief Education Officer (CEO) at Asian School of Cyber Laws.

Rohas Nagpal

Rohas Nagpal

Rohas Nagpal is an Author, LinkedIn Top Voice, co-founder of Asian School of Cyber Laws, and the Chief Blockchain Architect of the Hybrid Finance (HyFi) Blockchain.

He has assisted the Government of India in framing draft rules under the Information Technology Act.

Debasis Nayak co-founded Asian School of Cyber Laws in 1999.

He is a Guest Faculty at the National Judicial Academy, various state judicial academies, the National Police Academy, the North Eastern Police Academy among others on cyber law and digital evidence.

Gokul Narayan

Gokul Narayan

Gokul has trained over 100,000 participants, including law students, lawyers, judges, law enforcement officers, chartered accountants, and IT professionals. He has taught at more than 50 prestigious universities and organizations nationwide.

Gokul is a respected figure in legal moot courts, mediations, and negotiation competitions, where his insights have shaped the next generation of legal minds.

In his free time, Gokul enjoys playing cricket and badminton, dancing, or riding his bike.

Dr. Nain has completed the Fellowship in International Arbitration from the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London.

Formerly a full-time academic, he is a business owner, holds a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay, and is a regular visiting faculty at FLAME University.
