ASCL's 25th Anniversary Logo Design Competition

We are thrilled to invite you to participate in the Asian School of Cyber Laws' 25th Anniversary Logo Design Competition! This is a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity and leave a lasting mark on our prestigious institution.

Eligibility:

Open to everyone, including students and professionals from any field (not just current/former ASCL students or law students).

Submission Guidelines:

1. Each participant or team may submit only one entry.
2. The logo must be submitted in high-resolution formats: .jpeg and .png.
3. Submissions must be emailed to cap@asianlaws.org
4. Deadline for submissions is June 15, 2024.

Design Criteria:

1. The logo should represent the spirit of ASCL's 25-year journey and reflect the organization's vibrant and dynamic nature.
2. It should include the text "25th Anniversary" and “Asian School of Cyber Laws”.
3. The design must be original and not infringe on any existing trademarks or copyrights.
4. The logo should be versatile and easy to use across various platforms such as websites, social media, and print media. A square or circular aspect ratio is recommended for ease of use in different formats.
5. The design should be flexible enough to be used on various merchandise, including t-shirts, mugs, stationery, and certificates.

Intellectual Property:

1. ASCL will own all intellectual property rights to the submitted designs.
2. Participants agree that the submitted designs will be the property of ASCL, and they cannot use the designs without ASCL's permission.
3. ASCL may use the submissions or variations thereof in any manner it deems fit without seeking further permission.

Modification Rights:

1. ASCL reserves the right to modify the winning design to better fit its branding needs.

Selection Process:

1. A panel of judges will review all submissions.
2. If no entry meets the required standards, ASCL reserves the right to not declare a winner.
3. The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.

Prizes:

1. Grand Prize: ₹10,000 for the best design!

Additional Terms:

1. Participants agree that the submission is their original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
2. ASCL reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these rules or that it deems inappropriate.

Notification of Winners:

1. Winners will be notified via email by June 30, 2024.
2. Prizes will be awarded during the 25th Anniversary celebrations on July 4, 2024.

Publicity:

1. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, photograph, and logo design for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
